Stafford Perkins are looking at becoming early adopters of some interesting new locational software called What Three Words - @what3words. For those that are unaware of it, the world has been divided into a 10ft square grid pattern, each with a unique three-word locator. Whilst our traditional postcode system has its uses there are some estates in Ashford – for example Henwood Industrial Estate, which has one postcode for over 100 properties. Similarly rural locations can suffer from accuracy issues, but what3words will pinpoint an exact location, anywhere on the planet.
