Where Landlords and Tenants have entered into a contract (lease), there are requirements on both sides with regard to repairing obligations. A Schedule of Dilapidations, generally prepared at lease expiry, is a quantifiable list of these repairs and the works required to deal with these potential breaches of the lease.
